2025 Silver Gene in Birmans
The very delicate colouring of the points is caused by the silver gene having an inhibiting effect on the cream, making it look beautifully
delicate and illuminous.
The Silver Gene is also known as the Melanin Inhibitor gene. This gene suppresses the pigment in the hair, creating a sparkling silver or smokey appearance. Normal tabby coloured cats have a much deeper pigmentation colouring on the nose, whereas you can see the Cream Silver has no sign of the deep pigmentation.
They are very friendly, affectionate and playful. The Silver Birmans are very rare in the UK as there are only two breeders including myself who breed
this delightful rare colour.

Milbermax, Advocate or Stronghold, for prevention and treatment of
